Shipping Information
We ship all orders from Calgary, Alberta using Chit Chats, and we always aim for the most cost-efficient shipping method — including tracking where possible.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders across Canada and the United States unless otherwise stated in promotional offer during checkout.
We’ll cover any additional shipping costs, and tracking is included whenever reasonably available.
Delivery Time
Estimated shipping time: 2–8 days (Canada & USA).
This is based on calendar days — not business days.
Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing.
Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? No problem.
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in the original mesh bag or box
Return Shipping Fee:
We charge a $5 return label fee, and we’ll cover the rest.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 days after we receive your returned item.

3-Month Product Warranty
All Jimmies are covered by a 3-month warranty against:
- Tearing or defects with normal use
- Manufacturing flaws
- Shipping damage
If something’s wrong, reach out — we’ve got you.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, let us know.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate or offer a replacement if eligible.
